How It Works

The Rapid Delivery Process

From order to delivery, here's exactly what happens with a Rapid Delivery bed.

  1. 01

    Order Placed

Choose your bed, size and fabric at checkout. Rapid Delivery beds are selected specifically for faster turnaround on these options.

  2. 02

    Order Processing

Your order is confirmed and passed straight to our workshop queue, prioritised for rapid dispatch rather than our standard made-to-order lead time.

  3. 03

    Handmade & Prepared

Your bed frame is handmade to order and carefully quality-checked before being packed ready for dispatch.

  4. 04

    Dispatch

Once ready, your bed is dispatched with our delivery partner and you'll receive tracking information by email.

  5. 05

    Delivery to Your Door

Your bed arrives boxed and ready for assembly. Our team will be in touch beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery day.

What to Prepare Before Delivery

  • Clear a pathway from your front door to the room the bed will go in
  • Measure doorways, stairwells and hallways against the box dimensions
  • Remove your old bed frame beforehand if it's being replaced
  • Have someone available to assist with carrying the boxes indoors

Rapid Delivery Bed Frames, Handmade in Britain

Our Rapid Delivery collection exists for one reason: sometimes you need a beautiful, handmade bed sooner than our standard lead times allow. Each bed in this range is selected specifically because its most popular sizes and fabrics can be produced and dispatched faster, without changing how it's made.

Choosing between an upholstered, ottoman storage or divan base comes down to what your bedroom needs. Upholstered frames suit most modern interiors, ottoman bases add gas-lift storage beneath the mattress, and divan bases offer a classic, low-maintenance option with a built-in sprung foundation.

Whichever you choose, every Rapid Delivery bed is backed by our standard 24-month warranty and 30-day returns policy, so ordering for a faster turnaround never means compromising on the quality you'd expect from the rest of our range.
